Instructions for setting classpath:
Flash CS3

    Extract files
    Select Edit > Prefrences
    Select ActionScript from Category list
    Select the ActionScript 3.0 Settings button
    Click the + button to add a new classpath
    Click the Browse to path button (circle with crosshairs) to browse
    Browse to the AS3CBLibrary directory, select it, and click OK
    Click OK in ActionScript 3.0 Setting dialog
    Click OK in Preferences dialog



Flex Builder 3

    Extract files
    Select the Flex Builder project from the Flex Navigator
    Select File > Properties
    Select Flex Build Path from the list
    Click on the Source Path tab if it isn't already selected
    Click on the Add Folder button
    In the Add Folder dialog click on the Browse button
    Browse to the AS3CBLibrary directory, select it, and click OK
    Click OK in the Add Folder dialog
    Click OK in Properties dialog
